We may collect event and contact details submitted through enquiry forms, messages shared with Static Assistant, transaction and delivery details for merchandise, and limited technical analytics about website use.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess availability, prepare event services, provide customer support, process orders, prevent abuse and improve the website. Chat conversations may be summarised for booking follow-up.
Payments and service providers
Card payments are handled by Stripe; the website does not directly collect full card details. Fulfilment, email, hosting, analytics and database providers process only the information needed for their services.
Cookies, analytics and external media
Essential storage may support security, sessions and cart state. Optional analytics should be configured and disclosed before production launch. When the Facebook carousel is enabled, public media is loaded from Meta's content network and links open under Meta's own privacy terms.
Retention and rights
Information should be retained only as long as needed for operational, legal and security purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable Australian law and record-keeping duties.
